Need to make a quick, healthy meal? It takes five ingredients only (sometimes fewer!) to whip up something fast, delicious, and nutritious. 

 

Black Bean Quesadilla

1. Whole grain tortilla

2. Black beans

3. Shredded cheese

4. Avocado

5. Salsa (homemade, preferable) 

 

Fish Fillet 

1. Your choice of fish fillet (salmon, tilapia, etc)

2. Soy sauce

3. Brown sugar

4. Canola oil

5. Scallions

 

Simple Chili 

1. Ground round

2. Chili powder blend

3. Frozen corn

4. Kidney beans

5. Black beans

 

Quinoa Mango Salad

1. Red quinoa

2. Mango

3. Cilantro

4. Lime juice

5. Extra virgin olive oil

 

Veggie Pizza

1. Pizza crust

2. Roasted garlic

3. Sliced tomatoes (heirloom or Roma) 

4. Goat cheese with herbs

5. Extra virgin olive oil
