Nutrition Therapy Services is hiring for a Clinical/Community Dietitian.
Job Description: Community dietitians at Nutrition Therapy Services work one on one with individuals in the Middle Tennessee area with intellectual or developmental disabilities to provide medical nutrition therapy and nutritional counseling via in-home care. Duties include:
– Coordinate all phases of nutrition care such as calculating dietary needs, planning menu cycles, and providing nutritional education as needed
– Monitor individual adherence and response to nutrition therapy, and adjusts therapy as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Documents individual’s response to therapy in progress notes
– Provide education and training to support staff on each individual’s specific nutritional needs
*This is a part time position with flexibility in schedule.
Job Requirements:
-Registered dietitian (or registration eligible)
-Licensed dietitian in the state of Tennessee
