Responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating all functions of the Food and Nutrition Services Department. Provides leadership to staff; establishes policies and procedures. Monitors financial performance and seeks vendor contracts to achieve budget projections. Develops quality assurance standards and monitors indicators for food and nutrition. Works closely with managers to achieve goals.

Minimum Education: Bachelors; Masters preferred

Degree: Food Systems Administration, Food Science, Nutrition, or related field

Minimum Work Experience: Five years experience in health care food service management required. Clinical nutrition experience preferred.
