Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide services for long-term care/rehab facilities in Huntsville, TN, and the surrounding areas. This is a Full -Time employment opportunity of approximately 36 hours per week. Geriatric experience is preferred but not required. Our Registered Dietitians must be able to provide all clinical services including nutritional assessments and documentation, MDS assessments and Care Plans, facility weight management, and participation in Nutrition at Risk Meetings. The Registered Dietitian will also complete weekly meal rounds and monthly sanitation audits. We are seeking Dietitians who are efficient workers with strong organizational skills. Part-time opportunities will be considered. Not all benefits are available to PT employees.
The following is required of all Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC employees:
- Registration by the CDR (Commission on Dietetic Registration)
- State license or certification as applicable per state
- TB skin test
- Drug screen
